The Governing Board is seeking to appoint an experienced, caring, enthusiastic, ambitious and committed Early Years teacher to start in April 2026.
We are looking for a member of staff with a good sense of humour and passion for Early Years to join our hardworking and supportive team in this delightful rural school.
You will:
- Have excellent, up-to-date knowledge and experience of Early Years curriculum, teaching and learning both in terms of planning, lesson delivery and assessment
- Understand the importance of well-planned continuous provision for all pupils
- Have an understanding of OAIP and experience of creating environments that reflect the needs of pupils
- Have vision, passion and drive to achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner who sets high standards for yourself and your pupils in order to maintain our high academic results
- Be well-motivated and a positive role model
- Have a desire to develop your own skills and be part of the whole life of the school
- Be a team player who will be committed to sharing your own good practice with your colleagues, be open to advice and work positively within a fantastic and skilled team
- Be flexible and reflective
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be dynamic, resilient and hard-working with a positive nature
- Have a reflective and evaluative approach to their practice
We will consider ambitious and exceptional early career teachers but experience of EYFS is essential.
