EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant - Willand School

Required for 23rd February or as soon as possible a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a specific pupil in the Reception class.
The successful candidate will move up the school with the child, subject to the child's continued attendance at our school and the continuation of funding.

- understanding of working with SEN pupils
- A commitment to setting high standards of pupil behaviour
- An ability to motivate children through positive relationships
- Effective communication with children and colleagues
- The capacity to work in a team and learn from others
- Initiative, enthusiasm and commitment
- Willingness to fulfil the duties as outlined in the Job Description
- Previous teaching assistant experience in Reception classes or Nursery provision and a first aid qualification would also be advantageous.
