• Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of young children’s learning and development with the highest of expectations of what young children can accomplish;
• Have a thorough and up to date knowledge of assessment for learning and assessment of learning;
• Have a passion for teaching and learning and is ready for new and exciting challenges;
• Are resilient, reflective and dedicated;
• Promote collegiate working within school and with multi-agency partners to meet the needs of children;
• Are outward looking and keen to work in close partnership with the local community and professional networks;
• Are keen to work collegiately with colleagues within the support network of schools locally within the Diocesan family of schools.
