Location: Totnes, Devon
United Response is looking to appoint an EHCP Administrator to join our growing team at ROC College. You will support our Curriculum Managers and senior leaders through managing the process for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) at the college, also working closely with students and their parents/carers.

United Response is a registered charity, founded in 1973, whose mission is to ensure that individuals with learning disabilities, mental or physical support needs have the opportunity to live their lives to the full. We support around 2000 people in over 300 locations across England and Wale, and employ over 3,600 staff.
ROC College, a part of United Response, is a specialist college that provides person-centered, community-based teaching and learning within Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. We work with young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have EHCPs.
What We’re Looking For
United Response is keen to hear from applicants who are passionate about the work of ROC College and want to make a positive difference for our students. You will be friendly and supportive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records. You should also have excellent IT skills and a good knowledge of GDPR. Experience of supporting students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or of writing EHCP reviews is desirable.
What to Expect
You will be working as part of the ROC College team to coordinate and manage the EHCP process and reviews for our students. This will include working with students, parents/carers, colleagues and Local Authorities to collect and accurately record information for EHCPs, arrange meetings and draft EHCP documentation.
