Are you an inspirational educationalist who is determined to improve outcomes and transform lives?
As a Director of Education at the Ted Wragg Trust you will be integral in helping our schools to shape their future. Your exceptional leadership will enable you to make a real difference across our trust of schools and positively impact the lives of thousands of children.
This role is a great opportunity for an exceptional leader who has a track record of recognised success within their own school and/or across a multi academy trust that has primary schools within it. We are seeking a passionate, inspirational leader who is committed to school improvement, raising standards and transforming the lives of both staff and children to ensure social mobility in the south west.
You will have the opportunity to work with DfE Behaviour Hub Lead Schools, Steplab Coaching Hubs and engage with a number of our strategic partners to support your development as a leader as well as improve the educational experiences for our children.
If this is the role you think you are ready for now or, with the right support, would be ready for within the next eighteen months then we would love to hear from you.
There has never been a better time to join our Trust of schools. We have grown to 16 schools, soon to be 18, based around Exeter and in Plymouth and have exciting plans for further growth and development in the South West.
Ted Wragg Trust is an ambitious and inclusive trust of schools strengthening our communities through excellent education.
