The Development Administrator role
This role involves supporting the Development Director and Manager with the delivery of new development schemes. It includes monitoring the progress of new development schemes, chasing for information, scanning and saving documents and plans and responding to queries. It will also include helping with the handover of new homes, managing defects, and acting as the main point of contact for shared ownership, Right to Acquire and leaseholder enquiries.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, highly organised and able to meet targets and deadlines under pressure. You will be an effective problem solver who can work as part of a small team with a positive ‘can-do attitude’.
