An ideal applicant will already understand the importance of warm and welcoming body language when working with babies and the needs and attachments that are vital at this stage of life. As well as this, a successful applicant will need to have sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and will already hold a Level 2 qualification or above. Our team fosters a supportive and inclusive approach to work. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, caring, motivated, pro-active and have a passion for making a difference to Early Years education to share the values of our current team. The parents of our nursery have voted our team as our best asset year after year. If you want to be part of a team that goes above and beyond to support families, this is the role for you.
The successful candidate would have the opportunity to develop their own practice, help to shape the delivery of our curriculum, manage children’s routines and work together with families to support each child as an individual; training will be given to achieve in these areas.
