This is an incredible role for an outstanding person who is strongly aligned with our values and who has the inclusive leadership approach, vision, skills and experience to support and grow the future work of Devon Communities Together. You will need proven experience of funding bid development, public sector procurement processes, obtaining grant funding, contract management and identifying and maintaining strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include business and strategic development, fundraising, leadership, operational delivery and profile raising for the charity. 

Do you have the skills, experience and ambition necessary to develop and implement a business development and fundraising strategy which will generate revenue and diversify our funding base while remaining true to our vision? We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic team player to be involved with every stage of the business development process and who also has the skills and experience to develop and deliver a comprehensive organisational and management support service to the CEO.
