We are looking for a Curriculum Manager who is an excellent classroom practitioner, deeply committed to improving student outcomes and passionate about teaching and learning.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Manager to join our School Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the academic curriculum and learning programmes across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality first teaching of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Manage the academic curriculum of the school, ensuring alignment with standards and expectations and meeting the needs of all students.
- Responsibility for the weekly timetable across the school.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and engaging curriculum.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making adjustments as necessary to improve student outcomes.
- Provide professional development and support to teachers in implementing the curriculum.
- Stay current with educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the school.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Teaching experience in both mainstream and special school settings.
- Recent relevant experience in leadership and management within a school, demonstrating improving outcomes for students.
- Excellent communication skills, including written presentation and public speaking.
- Excellent organisation skills combined with high levels of initiative.
