Thank you for your interest in the advertised post of Curriculum Leader for Performing Arts teacher at St Cuthbert Mayne School. This is a permanent, full time contract starting in September 2023 or April 2023 by negotiation We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Performing Arts Curriculum Leader to lead our Performing Arts Department. The successful candidate will be well qualified and have a music specialism. They will be a passionate and dedicated teacher whose enthusiasm for the subject generates excitement, motivates others and fosters a love of learning.
We are looking for a Curriculum Leader who has an ambitious vision for Performing Arts, an in-depth knowledge of what a challenging and well sequenced curriculum looks like and how this should be implemented to enable all students to achieve. This is in line with our school vision that we are “educating for life in all its fullness”. In the classroom they will be an excellent practitioner who is open to becoming even better through high quality CPD and incremental coaching. Outside of the formal curriculum they will have a real commitment to delivering extracurricular activities and whole school productions.
