About the Role
As a Children’s Social Work Team Manager within Children and Families, you will embed a high-performance, collaborative culture by supporting your team to continually develop their skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children, young people, and their families. Through reflective supervision meetings with your team, you'll champion their personal and professional growth. You will also provide oversight on all our children and young people, ensuring quality standards are maintained whilst championing restorative practice.

This role will allow for some remote working but will largely be office based with a minimum expectation that you are in the office three days a week, every week.
About You
Passionate about relationship-based social work and proud of your profession. You will be able to reflect and think creatively about how you can support your social work teams to build relationships that make a difference to the children and families of Devon.
You will have a strong understanding of safeguarding with significant post-qualifying experience gained within statutory social work.
