About us
We have exciting opportunities within Devon County Council for permanent Newly Qualified Social Workers in our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme across various locations in Devon.
The ASYE programme is for 2 years and offers a positive and holistic introduction to social work. It ensures all Newly Qualified Social Workers receive dedicated, consistent, and effective support in their first 2 years of practice, enabling them to approach their career in social work with confidence. Joining us as a Newly Qualified Social Worker is a great opportunity to apply your learning to real life situations, alongside developing your skills and knowledge and your professional confidence and resilience.
