We have two administration posts, which can be combined.

If you are self-motivated, confident and a people person, then these part time posts could be perfect for you. Working in a youth work setting, you will be required to use your own initiative but must also be willing to collaborate and participate in team decision making. You will be supported locally but will also meet on a regular basis with our administrators from other areas. Excellent customer service is essential to us, so a friendly and efficient telephone manner is important. When communicating with parents, the public and partners, we have a can-do attitude, so you must be confident that your whole outlook is about helping and respecting others. There will be times where you will be alone working and times when the office will be busy and bustling, so if you like variety, can keep yourself on track whilst engaging with others - this sounds like a job you will enjoy!

What is the role?
• To provide word processing and general computer/data input/retrieval services;
• To assist in the maintenance of accurate service databases;
• Reception duties, communications and first point of contact;
• General administration, filing, photocopying and record keeping;
• Purchasing, handling money and banking;
• Working as part of a team.
