We are looking for a well organised and self-motivated person to join the Business Support Team within the Public Health Directorate.
The postholder will provide a wide range of administrative services and support including the organisation of meetings and conferences, the preparation of agendas, circulation of papers, taking minutes/action notes, maintaining actions/decisions logs and keeping track of work programmes using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
The role would suit someone who has previous experience within the administrative and customer focused field, is flexible, efficient and proactive due to the variation of support provide by the Business Support Team.
The role is based at County Hall in Exeter but there are hybrid working arrangements.
