We are looking for a well organised and self-motivated person to join the Business Support Team and fill this vital role supporting Independent Reviewing Officers within the Quality Assurance, Reviewing & Safeguarding Service (QARSS).
This is one of our business critical, frontline safeguarding services, a key priority for Devon County Council.
You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to quickly respond to changing priorities whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and possess excellent administrative and organisational skills to undertake tasks across the full range of business support activities.
The post is predominantly organising Child in Care meetings within statutory timescale, along with all post administrative work which included the distribution of the minutes (please note – there is no minute taking involved in this role).
