We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation team as a part of the wider Integrated Adult Social Care part of the Council. You will be motivated to make a positive difference for people by promoting positive relationships. As well as being skilled in a wide range of BA techniques and processes, you will bring both enthusiasm and creative ideas to working in integrated care. This may include investigation of operational problems and identifying effective business solutions through process improvements, running workshops, and reviewing requirements and specifications.

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic with excellent communication and team working skills and able to work flexibly across the adult social care and health agenda, and with a wide range of partners, people, their families/carers.

One specific area we a recruiting to is to support the unpaid carers agenda which is a priority for the Council.
