Through out Step In Apprenticeship Programme, we have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. We are recruiting for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Chief Executive’s office, supporting the Devon County Council Strategic Leadership Team.
The duration of the apprenticeship contract will be 18 months. The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with Exeter College. This will be supported by a combination of training and practical work experience.
This role will be based at County Hall in Exeter. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will carry out a range of administrative duties to support the Strategic Leadership Team.
We offer a highly competitive starting salary of £20,812 - £21,189 per annum, 26 days holiday, flexible working arrangements, training, and entry into a pension scheme.

- Able to listen carefully and respond well to people
- Willing to provide excellent service to the people of Devon County Council
- Keen to network with fellow apprentices
- Of suitable academic ability i.e., minimum qualifications of grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
