Are you passionate about preventing domestic abuse and creating lasting change?
NDADA is delivering a new Behaviour Change/Domestic Abuse Prevention Project as part of the Devon Domestic Abuse Alliance, commissioned by Devon County Council.
We're seeking a motivated Behaviour Change Co-ordinator to lead the operational delivery and implementation of this vital, trauma-informed project.
Using the CRAFT approach – a restorative and critically reflective model – you’ll deliver group and 1:1 intervention for people who perpetrate, or are at risk of perpetrating, domestic abuse, while always holding survivor safety at the centre.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in domestic abuse, behaviour change or restorative practice
- A trauma-informed approach and strong safeguarding awareness
- Confidence in programme delivery and partnership working
