We are looking for another super hero to join our dynamic team at Happy Hares Nursery and Pre-School.
What is your special power?
The suitable superhero will need to be;
- Fun, enthusiastic, caring and nurturing
- Able to elaborate and build on children’s play and interests
- Able to develop the focus of play rather than the end goal
- Able to reflect and support the emotions that children express
- Able to encourage children to ask questions in order to develop their understanding of the world around them
- Able to encourage children to be independent in their self - care
- Able to extend learning and provide challenges for the children in their care.
Recent experience and relevant experience of working with babies essential. Room Leader experience desirable.
Applicants MUST hold a full and relevant early years and childcare qualification at level 3.
