We are looking for a committed and passionate Assistant SENCO who wants to transform lives of young people at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of a large Inclusion team and responsible for a team of Teaching Assistants, working with our students to ensure that their needs are met and that every child has the opportunity to be successful in the classroom.
You will need to be a patient individual with a passion to ensure that our most vulnerable students receive the support they need if they are to have the opportunities to succeed after their education with us comes to an end. This is a very rewarding position, and you will work alongside our Wellbeing Zone team, the Behaviour team, Safeguarding team, Heads of Year, Assistant Heads of Year/Key Stage, Assistant Headteacher and the Senior Deputy Headteacher to ensure that our sky-high expectations of students are met at all times.
