We are looking for a committed individual to join the Trust Human Resources Team, following an expansion of the HR function within the Trust. The HR Officer will support the Trust HR Manager and contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service through a professional, customer-focused approach. This role is a pivotal part of the team, being the first point of contact for all HR queries. They will be responsible for the recruitment processes from start to finish, monitoring staff absences, maintaining employee records and providing general HR administrative support. The post holder will also help to identify changes to service provision by promoting improved ways of working. The successful applicant will be a motivated, enthusiastic, team-player who has demonstrable administrative skills and a keen eye for detail whilst working to challenging deadlines.
This role is currently based at Newton Abbot College, Old Exeter Road, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 2NF, but you may be required to travel to other Schools and Colleges within the Trust when required.
