The Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic IT Technician to work within our existing IT Team, pro-actively supporting, maintaining and monitoring all aspects of the Trust’s network infrastructure and cloud technologies across our Academies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for logging and responding to support tickets in a friendly and professional manner, setting up new hardware, performing maintenance and repairs, assisting with network development work, monitoring backup systems, maintaining stocks of IT consumables and assisting in the administration of the Academy’s asset management software.
We currently have a mixture of managed and vanilla Windows networks, with a wide variety of devices in use across our Academies; including Windows-based laptops and PCs, iPads, Chromebooks, Android Tablets and interactive panels. We use G Suite for Education across the Trust, and so the successful candidate will be involved in the promotion of Google Apps within each Academy, and also to assist with its administration and development.
