Osprey Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an Evening Caretaker. The post holder will be responsible for the care of the school site, provision of maintenance and security services on school premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment. The post holder will work with the Premises Manager and other site staff to ensure the site is well cared for.
Being responsible to the Premises Manager, the post holder will contribute towards a safe site for all stakeholders by providing:
– Contributions towards a maintenance program for the site;
– Work completed to the highest of standards.
The successful candidate will:
– Be self-motivated;
– Be committed and flexible in order to meet the schools needs;
– Be highly organised in order to prioritise workloads and ensure compliance;
– Have pride in their work.
