Munchkins Day Nursery is a 3 building setting comprising of a baby room, 2 x toddler rooms, 2 x infant rooms and a Pre-school. Set in the heart of St Leonards in Exeter, Munchkins is a family owned Nursery for children aged from 8 weeks to 5 years.

We are looking for an ‘outstanding’ Lunch Cover Assistant to join our team of dedicated staff. As a Lunch Cover Assistant, you are required to assist staff in the smooth running of the room over the lunch period, including meal times, naps, preparing children to be picked up and participating in suitable activities with the children.

The successful candidate would ideally hold at least a Level 3 in Early Years Education, have proven recent experience within a childcare setting and a working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. They must be an excellent communicator, have excellent time management skills, be of a motivated and positive manner and show commitment, enthusiasm and high energy levels.
